Project TESTIMONIAL
No hesitation in recommending Keda
Keda Structures Ltd has successfully delivered many structural works for Dandara, and we have been very satisfied with their overall performance throughout the projects. This was particularly notable on the former Cyril Le Marquand site where Keda supplied and installed the structural steel frame, metal decking and precast stair units, for Jersey’s new government office.
From mobilisation through to completion, Keda Structures demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering the works in accordance with the agreed programme. Their ability to execute the works in a timely manner, while maintaining flexibility to accommodate the evolving needs of the project, contributed positively to the overall success of the development. This was evident in how they managed the delivery of their materials, ensuring that adequate stock was available to cover periods of transport disruption.
Keith and his management team and operatives proved to be reliable, experienced, and professional at all times. Communication was clear and proactive, with all challenges addressed promptly and collaboratively, ensuring the project continued to progress efficiently. This was demonstrated towards the end of the project, where working around the space requirements and the needs of the magistrate’s court were dealt with by reducing and stacking the delivered loads in the erected sequence, reducing the space required to erect.
The quality of workmanship was consistently to a high standard, with close attention paid to specification, detail, and compliance. Keda Structures took pride in the quality of their finished product and worked constructively to achieve the standards expected by Dandara and our client.
Commercially, Keda Structures met our expectations by providing a fair, transparent, and pragmatic approach throughout the project. Variations and commercial matters were managed professionally.
Health and safety performance was excellent. Keith and his team maintained a safe and well-managed working environment, demonstrating a strong safety culture and compliance with all relevant legislation and site procedures. This proactive approach gave us confidence in their management of site operations.
Overall, Keda Structures Ltd has proven to be a professional, dependable, and competent contractor. Based on our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending both Keda Structures Ltd and their personnel for future structural projects. We would be pleased to work with them again and look forward to the opportunity to do so on future developments.
