International Finance Centre (IFC)
IFC 6 is a prominent Grade A office development within Jersey’s International Finance Centre, providing 69,500 sq ft of flexible workspace and ground-floor food and beverage space.
Keda supplied and installed the steel frame and composite floors, forming the building’s primary structure and supporting the open, flexible floorplates. The works contributed to a modern commercial development designed around efficiency, natural light and long-term adaptability.
Completed in December 2023, the building was fully pre-let to Aztec Financial Services and Butterfield.

The frame needed to be fabricated and erected to tight tolerances to suit the precise nature of the unitised façade which wrapped the building. The team on site maintained high standards of safety whilst delivering their works within the very demanding time constraints of the project.
