Le Haut des Cotils

The 800 sq m residence combines expansive open-plan living spaces with four bedroom suites, an entertaining area and an indoor pool. Its design uses a series of horizontal layers, generous glazing and a central staircase to connect the interior with the surrounding hillside and coastal views.

Keda’s work included the structural steel frame and metal decking, providing key elements of the building’s multi-level construction and supporting the open, contemporary layout.
