Northern Quarter
The Northern Quarter is a major residential-led regeneration project on the edge of St Helier, creating new homes, landscaped courtyards, pedestrian routes and commercial space.
Keda delivered the structural steel frame and metal decking package, forming key elements of the podium structure and multi-storey floor construction. The works supported a modern construction approach designed to improve build efficiency while accommodating a varied mix of external finishes across the development.
